College
If you’re looking for a group of college students who are interested in growing in their faith in Jesus and not religion, you’ve come to the right place. Our college ministries at PFB are committed to producing disciples who are pursuing Christ together in mission. It’s that simple. Most young people today, live very individual lives. We never spend time getting to know others in a deep way. Our college ministries are committed to sharing life with one another, “spurring each other on toward love and good deeds.” But this isn’t just to help us find friends. We intentionally build community to serve in mission together, both locally and globally.

Here’s our weekly schedule:

Most college students attend our 7 pm worship gathering on Wednesday evenings in the Worship Center. This service targets young adults, although it is open to all ages. 

For discipleship we have Life Groups that meet right after our Wednesday night worship service starting at 8:30 pm. These groups are intended for a small group of people who meet together to share life with and encourage each other in the discipleship process. Discipleship does not end with a Bible study, we are also VERY serious about being active missionally both in our local community and throughout the world. We have very regular opportunities for young adults to share their faith and help those in need in Pomona, the surround valleys, Zambia, Lithuania, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Japan, India, Brazil, and other places. We also go on various college-age trips including: a snowboard trip to Big Bear, a summer trip, as well many various social activities (football, women’s activities, men’s activities, movie nights, bowling, etc…). Come and join us; you’ll find we’re not fake and we enjoy life!
